Nissan RB26 CNC Cylinder Head

We've spent an entire year perfecting our version of the RB26 cylinder head design and now it's available for discerning enthusiasts.

CNC porting allows us to replicate all the detail of the original prototype, so breathing is identical from cylinder to cylinder.
Note that we've made some major changes to the factory's box-style combustion chamber. Our chamber design unshrouds the +.1mm oversize valves and our unique recessed quench pads completely eliminate the detonation-prone deep-stepped factory quench pads.

All of our heads utilize tapered manganese-bronze valve guides that we manufacture in-house. All valve guide honing is accomplished using a Serdi DH100 machine, and all valve seats are meticulously machined using brand-new Serdi 4.0 Power equipment .



Finished combustion chamber volume is 70cc's which combines with our new Roller-Wave piston to net a compression ratio of 9.0-1
